Enrollment Extension

With our extension, you are able to complete the necessary course needed to obtain your license buying yourself more time. The Department of Real Estate allows you up to 12 months to complete your course work. We understand that life can sometimes happen causing us to reprioritize, so in the event this, you are given the opportunity to extend any of your incomplete courses for another 12 months for a package amount of $210 or $70 per each unfinished course. Keep in mind that you will be enrolled as a new student, so all course work will need to be completed again and the timeline requirements for testing will apply.
